Amanda Swisten, born Mary Bradley on December 20, 1978, in New York City, is a former American actress and model of Scandinavian ancestry. She spent most of her childhood in Connecticut before moving to Los Angeles to pursue her career in acting.

Amanda Swisten began her career in the movie "American Wedding" and is also known for her roles in "The Girl Next Door" and "Two and a Half Men." She appeared in music videos for artists like William Hung, Eminem, and Kid Rock.

Her modeling career included appearances in magazines such as Maxim and Stuff, as well as calendars like DreamsGirls and Women of Soccer. She also visited Iraq with Dean Cain during the Iraq War, spending hours signing autographs and giving out T-shirts to soldiers.

Amanda Swisten describes herself as a tomboy and a curious child who developed an interest in swimming at a young age. She participated in swimming competitions, breaking records and briefly becoming a lifeguard. At 16, she worked at a gym, receiving aerobics and personal training certification.
