Josh Helman, born Joshua Helman on February 22, 1986, in Adelaide, South Australia, is an Australian actor known for his roles in both film and television. He began his acting career with a recurring role on the Australian television show Home and Away in 2007, where he played Denni Maitland.

He then appeared in the short film Aidan's View, portraying an intruder. His career took a significant turn when he was cast as Cpl. Lew "Chuckler" Juergens in the American television series The Pacific, which aired in 2010. This role helped him gain recognition and led to his signing with the American talent agency The Gersh Agency.
