Mary Lynn Rajskub

Mary Lynn Rajskub, born on June 22, 1971, in Detroit, Michigan, is an American actress, comedian, and singer. She is best known for her role as Chloe O'Brian on the action thriller series "24" and as Gail the Snail on "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia."

Mary Lynn Rajskub comes from a family of Irish, Czech, and Polish ancestry and grew up in Trenton, Michigan, with her two older sisters. Her mother, Betty, was a pharmacist's assistant, and her father, Tony, was a pipefitter.

She attended the College for Creative Studies in Detroit and later transferred to the San Francisco Art Institute, where she graduated as a painter. She began her career in comedy and acting by performing at various open mics in San Francisco during the early 1990s. She moved to Los Angeles, where she worked as a waitress at a Hard Rock Cafe while pursuing her acting career.
